K9 Frisbee Title Certificate Order Form

🏆 Order Your K9 Frisbee League Title Certificates

Frisbee Dog and Roller Dog Titles are earned as part of your League participation and are included in your League fees. When achieved, these Titles become part of your dog’s official sporting pedigree record.

If you’d like a professionally designed certificate for your records—or to display—you can order one here for $10 per Title Certificate, plus a $3 processing and handling fee per order.

Frisbee Dog and Roller Dog Titles are available for every League season since the inaugural Fall 2015 Season. All past seasons have been fully reviewed and annotated to award Titles where earned.

Each Title includes a unique Title Confirmation Code, which is required to order your official certificate.

If you’ve ever played in the League, there’s a very good chance you—or your dogs—have earned Titles.

Now it’s time to claim them… and frame them.

Each Title Certificate is individually hand-crafted and features the official patch artwork from that Season or Worldwide Championship.
