To meet the coolest, kindest, friendliest, long-haired hippy dude in the K9 Frisbee game, get to a Colorado Disc Dog event some day and you’ll be welcomed by Rusty Redinger, a leader in the Denver disc dog community, a long-standing board member of the Colorado Disc Dog Club, and the founder of the Denver K9 Frisbee League Club.

According to his buddies, Rusty loves three things: His wife, his family and his dogs. Rusty’s passion for K9 Frisbee infected his whole family – his wife Theresa, and his two daughters Melanie and Heather couldn’t help to also fall in love with our game.

As a tribute to Rusty, who founded the Denver Toss & Fetch Club in 2018, the 90:/5 March Season patch honors his 5-year-old Border Collie Mijo, a veteran of 22 K9 Frisbee seasons, who flies in front of the mountains in the Mile High City.
