K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch League Venue Insurance
In many parts of the United States, finding a suitable field to play your Club’s K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch League can be daunting -- particularly because many venues, like city, state and national parks, or even private sports facilities or private property owners, will require a Certificate of Insurance to use their facilities. This was often a deal-breaker for K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch Clubs unable to secure required coverage.
Commercial General Liability Coverage Now Available
If your venue requires proof of insurance, we will support our USA-based Captains and Clubs to make sure you're covered each Season you play.
As part of K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch League’s Sport & Recreation Insurance Policy coverage, any US-based Captain may now request a Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance to provide to their local venue, when required.
Certificate of Insurance Request
The process for Club Captains (or designated Co-Captain) to request a Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance that names the additional insured person(s) or organization is as follows:
- Download a PDF of the K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch Liability Waiver & Publicity Release. Print this release and ensure that all Club members read, sign and date the release.
- Complete and submit the following form to request a Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance for an upcoming 5-week Season. NOTE: ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED.
After you submit your request, our insurance team will email you a copy of your Certificate of Insurance. The process may take 7-10 business days so we ask that you make your request ahead of time.
Contact League Headquarters if you have any questions.
